Working at Finaps is really fun and challenging, but in a good way.
I started working here as an intern, but I never felt like I was ‘just an intern’. On my very first day I got briefed for a big project that brought a lot of creative freedom and responsibility. I can imagine that can be pretty intimidating to others but personally, I enjoyed that challenge. I was free to give my opinions and use my creativity from the get-go, and they were actually valued. My previous internships lacked this experience.
Finaps is a place that has given me a lot of freedom and opportunities to work independently, and for me that works really well. Every time I’ve made something, it being an animation, graphic design or interface, I challenged myself to do it in a way I’ve never done before. Just so I could learn more while working. And the fact you’re trusted and encouraged to do so makes Finaps a perfect place to work for me.
